Minesoft PatentOrder Archive is a full patent portfolio management system.

This new, off-the-shelf product consists of PatentOrder, Minesoft Patent Archive and Minesoft Patent Viewer.

PatentOrder enables users to order PDF documents for over 40 countries, delivering EP, PCT and US documents on the day of publication. Once a document has been ordered it will be delivered to your email and appear in your Archive.

Minesoft Patent Archive enables users to search the bibliographic and full text information of the ordered documents via a full search form. The search form includes options to search by keyword, assignee, inventor, date and classification. A 'sort results by' option is provided. Options to search 'All' the Archives; subsets of the Archives and your own document collections are provided.

Minesoft Patent Viewer enables users to manage, view and examine lengthy documents. With in-built tools, such as, keyword highlighting, document ranking and export options, trawling through lengthy patent documents becomes a thing of the past.

Navigation is easy. All components of the PatentOrder Archive are seamlessly connected by direct links.

Additional modules can be added to your PatentOrder Archive. These include; legal status search, tools to populate your Archive and the Document Wizard; a program that takes documents or reports and turns patent number references into hyperlinks to the original PDF.

PatentOrder Archive is securely hosted and maintained by Minesoft and one fixed annual fee offers budgetary piece of mind.
