Minesoft develops bespoke web solutions for companies, based around the PatentOrder and PatentArchive product range. The amount of customisation is entirely up to the individual client. Clients work directly with a Minesoft technical team and a Project Manager in order to design the desired In-house System for implementation and subsequent maintenance.

The system can then be deployed in-house as an Intranet service or can be fully hosted by Minesoft as a service linked to the in-house Intranet, accessed via Internet.

A variety of options are available for demonstration, acting as a starting point to design a bespoke system.

Archive systems can be linked to competitive intelligence and research projects, consisting of alerting services, inspections and annotations by patent information professionals and subsequently forwarded to groups or individuals within a company for further action or decision making, depending on workflow requirements.
